Here everything is centred around the environment and respect for nature, in all its forms: from the collection of rainwater for irrigation, to the photovoltaic field covering the hotel’s energy requirements, from the solar panels that provide hot water, to the route through the woods that leads to the sea and the private beach.

Between walks under the stars, among the pines and olive trees that stretch as far as the old ‘Masseria’, between bathing in the crystal clear waters of the Salento Adriatic coast or in the three swimming pools, between yoga sessions at sunset or cycling along nature trails, our guests can enjoy meals made with organic produce grown in our vegetable garden, to which they can make their own contribution, learning the skills and the careful work of the farmer. And why not learn how to make fresh pasta like our grandmothers did, with our cooking classes, or how to weave baskets or model terracotta with the help of our artisans? And then you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation in the spa, where we only use natural, organic and cruelty-free products. Then in the evening, you can choose between relaxing with live music, enjoying a show at the theatre, or simply listening to the sound of the cicadas while gazing at the stars at the Masseria.
