The “Aquarius” restaurant offers buffet breakfast and dinner service, including water. From May 26th to September 22nd, there are themed gastronomic evenings with dishes expertly prepared by the chef, such as Brazilian night on Mondays, Spanish corner and “Paella Valenciana” on Tuesdays, a typical evening with a cheese corner on Wednesdays, barbecue under the stars on Thursdays, sushi corner on Fridays, gala dinner with a raw seafood corner on Saturdays, and an oriental corner on Sundays.
The Pietrablu Resort & SPA also offers its guests the à la carte restaurant “il Pugliese,” with an outdoor seaview terrace, where you can enjoy the most authentic traditional dishes made with local products and vegetables from their garden in an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.
For lunch, there is a Snack Menu available with table service at the “12 Nodi” bar with a rooftop sea view and by the pool.
